The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I am very happy with our new home. The staff is great!
The new management company is really improving the overall feel of the community; the landscaping has gone from 0 to 100 in just a matter of weeks! Love the location here too!
Every aspect is quite good. My only drawback is the limited hours of the jacuzzi being 6am to 11pm. My experience in Scottsdale, AZ was that the pool and jacuzzi and fitness rooms were available 24 hours a day. Due to my schedule, this impacts much of my ability to take any advantage of those facilities here at Cobble Oaks.

Services are not being done properly. Office staffs are not so polite and amenities are too high now e days. They are charging 1300 for single bedroom apartment. which is too costly !!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
