The Eaves in Foster City is proving to be a wonderful place to live. As a new resident, I am finding the community to be extremely pleasant, quiet, clean, safe, and relaxing. My apartment is spacious and has been very well maintained, and the leasing staff is very friendly and professional.

Well it couldn't have been better. Ranch , Star Buck are just across the road. We also have a BOFA ATM. Very much near the Bay. Near the stop for 256. So its location is perfect for me. The rooms are clean. There is privacy. The design of the rooms are awesome. And the amenities are in good working conditions.The stuff members are helpful and responsive. Overall its a great place to stay.
