-All of the employees in the office are very nice, friendly and helpful at all times.
-Maintenance request are always handled very quickly after initial request.
Love how well-managed and maintained it is. I always receive maintenance response the day I call, and they fix the problem right away. Staff is very professional and friendly. Also easily the most affordable apartments and best location in folsom.
Very friendly staff, clean and upgraded campus, and amenities. My only complaint would be the lack of storage space within the unit. My particular unit had no outdoor storage, no pantry style storage for the kitchen - making the area quite cramped, no indoor storage closet - just a small coat closet. Just a thought in the remodeling process that the complex was preparing for while I was a resident, maybe add some extra storage or possibly a pantry.
Office staff very courteous. Excellent maintenance service, the come ASAP and do a great job.
I really like the atmosphere at the Ranch; It's peaceful and quiet with a lot of trees which I like. This is my main reason for giving it a good rating.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
