Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process. All the way from the friendly staff in the leasing office to the good condition of my apartment at moving in.
I love living here. The grounds are kept well - there is an onsite manager & maintenance team to take care of any problems. The apartments are nice & also maintained well. I would definitely recommend anyone living here!!
Heritage Park Escondido is great. The management staff is outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am particularly excited about the central air (it's been in the 100s lately!), the pool (heated all year so we can swim year-round), and the landscaping and facilities are wonderful. I can't wait to be here full time (still moving in...). Escondido seems to offer a lot in the way of restaurants, supermarkets, and the arts; I look forward to learning more.
The staff was very helpful and friendly making my move easy. I look forward to having this my new home!
The apts are extremely clean and have a lot of storage. Every one I have talked with including neighbors are helpful, friendly and nice. I highly recommend this complex for your next home. Another convenience, there are lots of restaurants, stores etc. in the area close to hone. One store within walking distance.
