Few items affected my rating. 1) Very few trash rooms make it a long walk to throw trash. Would love to see more rooms added. 2) Water force and volume in the showers not upto mark despite maintenance. 3) Lighting insufficient in bedrooms and main living 4) Apartment floor was not cleaned properly at move-in. Did not bother complaining about this. Other than that our move-in was great and the leasing staff were excellent.

Housing in the valley is difficult, and after looking around and being disappointed with the state of rentals in the area with smelly poorly maintained units I was happy to move into a newly built modern apartment. The building is lacking in soundproofing, so expect to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Other than that it's been good.

Cell reception is horrible. Appliance quality is mediocre. And the keep fixing things around the building, making lots of noise.

While I understand there is construction happening there are far too many days of alarms going off, construction closers, etc without giving a better understanding of what is happening. For example don't say alarms will go off between 9am-5pm, say the alarms will be sounding for 30 minutes straight between 9-5. Also, please better articulate how to set up utilities as I was told something completely untrue and ended up paying almost $200 with PG&E for time I was not even living in the unit.
