The apartments at Harbor at Mesa Verde are crawling with cockroaches! That is the only experience I am having right now, and even though I notified management back in October and have undergone 2 full treatments of my apartment, I am still having to deal with these disgusting pests in my home! First time in over 30 years of renting apartments!! Totally unacceptable!!
Apartments are nice for what you pay, leasing office is accolades ting for most part, but the parking really is bad.. Even though there's supposedly 68 guest parking spots. I've yet to see them all.
The management staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, understanding and get things done in a timely fashion. Very pleased with my experience and service.
Poor...I am out of here when my lease is up....
Trust me, you do not want my review. I have nothing to say that would help your company for any marketing purposes other than scaring potential clients away. Harbor Mesa Verde, paying top dollar for bottom shelf living.
