not enough parking other than that everything is absolutely perfect
Apartment manager is very good. However, parking is limited. There is no available parking for the renter's second car, except for a few. Handicapped parking is very limited too, specially in front. Maybe the owners can improve this.
The carpets are to old. :( wish the can change them; since I have a little one. Even if I clean them often, old stains come out. Utencilies are old also. I like its very family oriented environment.
manager provided no mantanance to the aparment,
The property manager isn't fair. They have a no pet policy and yet the apartment next to his has 2 dogs that bark all day. He isn't fair when it comes to assigning parking. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom which is the biggest apartment here he splits the assigned park far away from the units and charger you $20 a month extra to park there. Also you as him to have something fix in the unit and he ignores the problem I gave 2 burner working since I been here for over 2 years.
