Rosewood Apartments is conveniently situated near shopping centers and is in a quiet area. My guests never have a problem finding a spot outside for street parking. The facilities are maintained well and for a decent price on rent, you get a really nice apartment along with common areas such as a clean pool/spa, updated gym with nice equipment and your own designated parking spot (if you choose to have one inside the gated area). I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.
I have enjoyed my time living here at Rosewood Homes Apartments, the professionalism from the leasing office personnel to the maintenance crew have been nothing short of Outstanding ! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place Rosewood is the place to go.
Overall I really like living here. I think it's very economical as it is right now but may have to consider moving if my rent is increased.

We have lived here just shy of two years. It's a nice place to live. Pretty quiet for the most part. If we have an issue the office staff takes care of it quickly.
