I have very much enjoyed my stay at Malibu Canyon Apartments. Highly recommended!
I've lived here for 5-6 years and I really like it! (Obviously since I've stayed for so long.) I feel like I'm on vacation when I come home, and that's nice. The office staff and maintenance people are very helpful and friendly and quick to respond. Since they replaced the grills at the pool they are really nice. The best thing about living here (since I am a hiker) is there are 2 trailheads right out my front door and I can hike for miles and miles - you can't beat that!!! My only gripe is barking dogs and screaming kids. One reviewer on Yelp mentioned a serious lack of parenting in this complex (of children and animals) and I would have to agree with that 100%. There's several people around here who don't understand and/or care that we are all living in close quarters in an apartment complex and they should be a little more mindful and respectful of their neighbors.
Malibu canyon apartments have been my home for almost a week and I love it here! The staff have been so kind to me. The moving in process was simple thanks to them! I can tell that I made the right decision.
I just moved in here with my two boys, ages 12 and 14. We love it here. The boys enjoy the pools, the tennis courts and the community in general. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Great for kids.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
