Malibu Canyon Apartments is the best apartment home experience I've ever had.
I honestly feel like I'm on vacation in Palm Springs.
The people here are great and it has all the amenities you could dream of.
I would recommend anyone out there to please come experience this incredible compound that is just a blessing to live.
This place is perfect for or any family or single person.

Malibu Canyon is set in a lovely area of rolling hills with great nearby hiking and bike trails. The complex offers well-established grounds and great amenities including a resort-style main pool with three additional outlying pool/jacuzzi areas. The workout gym is well equipped. It is located close enough to shopping areas yet far enough away from the chaos of the big city to make it an ideal spot. To top it off, it is only 11 miles to the beach!!!
I'm very pleased with becoming a new resident at Malibu Canyon Apartments, everyone is extremely friendly and my expectations have been exceeded by the staffs efficiency and professionalism. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's greatly appreciated!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
