The staff is always friendly and available. The place is well kept.
I love my new apartment and the size of it for the money is amazing. The only concern I have is getting control of the roaches. I noticed them the 2nd day after moving in. I am a clean freak and can't tolerate this. The office was notified and is doing all they can to help get this problem under control. I also feel they should give two parking spaces to each apartment.
Lack of parking if you one extra car or have visitors
Rent is to expensive for the area. Especially because James Donlon is a very busy street, similar to living next to a freeway. Rent amount should accomodate being on the very nosey road.
I do not appreciate the fact that my rent was raised due to trends changing. I don't think I should be paying as much as I am for a 2 bedroom apartment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Turn left on Lone Tree and continue to James Donlon Blvd. Turn left on James Donlon Blvd. Continue until you see Twin Creeks on your left hand side. Turn Left at the Contra Loma blvd intersection into the Twin Creeks parking lot.
