The Managment Is Excellent.
everything is great the only complaint I have is about the parking but they have be improving it and now I can find space anytime of the night
The staff is very nice and helpful but unfortunately some of my neighbors are not very respectful of others. I find trash in front of my garage every day (probably because it is located next to the dumpster). I also find cigarette butts. It's very disgusting and disheartening.
Need better parking and a pool.
The communication with the office staff has been horrendous over the past few months. Every time I go in to ask a question, I get a different answer each time. I feel as if they are not actually listening to me. For example, we had two people move in with us and we needed parking permits for them. I was told to add them to the security safe list for now, so I did. Weeks later, I was told I should not have done that! The parking situation is terrible as well.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
