issues with parking, should use a more understanding tow company, horrible service. i just got my vehicle totaled due to an accident and was taken with the sticker my 2nd car got towed the next day from the front lot.
Our home is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the barbeque area is convenient.
The daily noise from the landscapers was overwhelming and unnecessary. They would start at 7am. We complained about a neighbors dogs relentless barking from morning until evening, even sent video to the front office of the dogs constant barking and absolutely nothing changed. They wouldn't enforce the no smoking or bbqing on the patios so you had to endure the smoke go right into your bedroom. You went in signing a lease stating rules and no one followed them.
Parking is a headache for families with 2 cars.

The staff in the leasing office is friendly and great. Always takes care of everything quickly. Only reason why this is a Good rating and not Excellent is because of the management company, AMC. My balcony and living room faces an entry way to another building. I had a bamboo screen that provided some privacy from the hallway. I was asked to remove it because the management company wanted balconies to look uniform. I would like to use my balcony as I see fit.
