I love the property and the people! The new staff is fantastic and it's the best complex I've ever lived at! Biggest apartment fitness center I've ever seen too!
Great customer service, clean environment, well maintained community
The deadline on rent is a non negotiable. I am serving in the military and went on active duty status for some training when I called to ask them if I could set up a payment arrangement since I would be getting paid differently from my civilian job. I called the office and spoke with the manager and she said that I'm out of luck and if I didn't pay on time I would be evicted. Is this how they treat they're military members who pay on time every month?
Overall, the staff is professional. Maintenace calls are respnded to quickly. The Apartments are over priced for what is provided. Apartments in the surrounding area offer more for the same amount of money or a little less money. Some maintenance work needs to be done on the back part of the apartment area, for instance, the missing wood fence planks need replacing. In essence, we enjoy staying at Lexington Apartments and hope some continued improvements are made. Thank you!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From I-430, take the Maumelle exit (exit 12). Go West towards Maumelle. Go approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Vestal Boulevard (just past the Valero gas station). We are at the end of the road on the left!
