Management, office staff, maintenance and even the courtesy officer are all absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! But I can't fix my neighbors, while most of them are wonderful, kind and considerate of others (as we all should be) - there are a few bad apples that make the complex feel like less of a luxury and more of a frat house.
The water in my shower does not stay hot long enough. Although management has tried to fix it many times, I still have this issue. I do not have a problem with management at all as they have definitely tried. Additionally, the floors are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing (walking, talking, dog barking, etc). For the amount of money paid per month, I would not think we would be having these problems.

If our onsite maintenance professionals are unable to fix or repair your hot water heater then I am more than happy to replace it . Our onsite courtesy officer is available to respond to noise complaints after hours if you ever hear excessive noise from neighbors.
