The office staff seemed to go above and beyond to help me get situated in my new place. They called me to make sure my move went well and if I needed anything at all. The staff really go the extra mile
I love this location and everyone is so friendly. And the resident events are fun!
I have been a renter at Foothills for 4 months now and previously a renter for 2 years with about 10 week separation from the two lease agreements. The location is perfect and seems to be secure. I do think something that should be looked into is the renters insurance policy. The insurance and rent should be all together in a monthly price.
Large roomy apartments. Friendly staff. Well kept grounds.
My apartment is close to mailboxes, garbage and recycle bens. I have a handicap license for my car and there is a space in front of my entrance. Personnel have been very helpful answering all my questions.
