It's okay to call home.
The maintenance crew is very helpful and get there job done quick and efficiently. The only major change would be the smoking policy allowing residents to openly smoke cigarettes and other things in your own apartment. For members who may be allergic or sensitive to smoke, a non smoking complex building would be very appreciated!
Wish there was a pet area especially for toileting.
Sirens can often be heard and I've put in a work order for my dishwasher 4 times since I moved in 7 months ago and they still haven't came. But other than that I love the size of my studio and the landscaping.
Being there as a medical patient at UAMS i have peace of mind knowing that with 30 days notice and only 1 month of rent I can get out of my lease. This is a tremendous relief when you are so far away from home and don't really know for how long.
