The leasing office is located across the parking lot from the Prospect Building. From 630 - you will take the University exit and proceed North. Continue on University and you will go through the light at University and Evergreen, then merge into the far right hand lane. As you reach the crest of the hill, the lane runs out and you will turn right. Follow the signs to the leasing office. From Cantrell - If you are going East on Cantrell, you will pass the University intersection, and turn to the right on Pierce Street, which is two streets down from University. Follow Pierce Street until you see Forest Place Apartments and the Prospect Building. You will turn right into the lot and follow the leasing signs to the office. This will bring you in through the rear of the complex.

Forest Place is H O M E!!! I love the location, the facility staff, the close-knit family-like atmosphere with my neighbors, & the security. The apartment itself is the perfect size for my daughter & me but most importantly is not over-crowded should guests arrive. I arrived at Forest Place before the unfortunate events that shortly plagued the complex & am impressed at how quickly it has been returned to the level of superiority that drew me to it in the very beginning. I will resign my lease.
Forest Place offers convenient location, varying floor plans, large apartment living space and closets, safety and security. Forest Place is diverse in all aspects: age, gender, race, ethnicity, etc. Tenants typically live here for many years because it offers a home and community atmosphere. The Staff and Management reflect this same diversity. They are superior in customer service; courteous, responsive, timely and considerate of individual needs and requests!
The upgrades have been wonderful!! Love having the garage to park in, staff are nice and friendly, I feel very safe, the apartments are very roomy, and the camaraderie is none like I have ever felt amongst the residents.
