Overall upkeep of the complex is very good, office staff friendly and helpful, very personable. Good value for the price.
I have lived here almost 8 years .....so my rating is based on that !!
I would have preferred a parking place assigned to my appartment. Most of the time I had to walk 1 apartment building away sometimes with groceries and in the rain which I felt like an inconvenience. Recreation areas were great except a basketball court would be nice.
Pool hours 9-5pm Tuesday through Sunday. These new hours do not allow time to go to the pool when you do not get off of work until 5 pm.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
