My experience living here has been very enjoyable. The management and maintenance staff are always available if/when I need them and are eager to help resolve my problems if I have them. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and I feel like a part of the community.
Excellent office staff, wonderful neighbors, and overall wonderful community. Apartment homes feel just like that: HOMES! Loved living here!
The common areas of my building are not cleaned often enough. The floors, carpets and elevators are often dirty and smelly.
The complex is a great place to live. However, understanding that pets are allowed, the receptacles for pet waste could be placed away from entrances to prevent smells as well as pet waste from accumulating around, near, or in the entrances to the buildings. Forcing residents with pets to take their pets away from the buildings would improve the cleanliness and overall appeal of the complex to both residents and visitors.
I enjoy living at Mt. Ranch for the most part. The two main complaints I have are with the residents themselves. Mountain Ranch is very welcoming to dog owners, and while I have no issues with animals I do have issues with dog owners who continue to let their dogs urinate and spread their feces all over the hallway floors. My other complaint would be with residents just leaving trash every where. Beer cans all over the parking lot and trash bags in the hallways.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
