It is because of not having ceiling fans and white tube lights.
I am staying here for more than 3 years. I requested to change my carpet. But they said, there is no policy to change the carpet even if u stay here for 5 years. That is the only thing i dont like it. If they change carpet for who lived long period based on people request. That will be good.
In my apartment the carpet seems to be very old and almost worn out . It would be much helpful if I can get this changed . I reported this a bit late after taking the lease so I heard as per leading terms they cannot change it now . This one was quiet disappointing for me other facilties seems to be good in the apartment
This one is nice and calm place.The staffs are good.The maintenance also doing good.
I wish that the work orders would be promptly attended to. I had rain water coming in through my Windows in my cottage and they still haven't addressed them. That was two months ago. Also my electric bill is always outrageous! I payed less in the two bedroom unit here than I do in this one bedroom cottage. I have informed my concern with the city and office and they told me that was normal! I will not be able to continue my residence here of this persists.
