The maintenance is always done very quickly and professionally, the office staff is very helpful, and the exterior always looks great. Great complex at an affordable price.
My favorite part about Winterhaven Terrace is how quiet the location is. It's hidden away from the street, and I feel very safe in the complex. The maintenance staff is prompt and kind, and the office staff is nice as well.
The apartments are advertised as luxury apartments yet the appliances in my apartment are extremely old and don't work well.
Overall enjoy living here. Things that make it good: high ceilings and well placed windows make the floor plans more spacious, bright and welcoming. Small and quiet community, set back from the street. Well maintained landscaping. Office staff competent, friendly and kind. Maintenance responsive to needs. Love having a washer/dryer in unit. Like that it is pet friendly. What makes it less than excellent: parking is scarce, kitchen appliances need upgrading, monthly rent cost somewhat high.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
