all the people are very friendly and helpful
The facilities are excellant and being able to use the gym and print documents for free is really good.
The apartment is fully upgraded and it's comfortable to live in. Whenever there is something wrong with the facilities, the manager will respond quickly.
It's cheaper than most surrounding apartments. It's not the most amazing complex out there, but for what you pay you certainly get a good deal.
One of my main issues with previous apartments was the fact that maintenance would take forever to come. Casa Espana is good about prompt maintenance when requested.
I did not give an "excellent" rating because some of the appliances and furnishings are outdated and falling apart, but they are usable.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
