Overall I think it's very good. I'm not happy however with the gate being put back in effect--it's really a pain in the butt! Also, anyone can scoot in "piggybacking" after someone else gets into the gate. At least it can be left open during the day. If I'd known there was going to be this "gated" community stuff, I wouldn't have chosen to live here.
Huge issue with people with dogs leaving dog feces everywhere. Even after a notice was released, people continued. It took some effort to have maintenance fix a lot of my stuff - multiple calls, emails, etc. for a problem that should've been fixed the first time. Office staff were generally helpful but it proved to be difficult to see them 60% of the time - they were off doing other things, just straight up left, etc. Very shady people walking around at night and through apartments.
APt was severely run down cabinets in kitchen as well as bath are horrid. Bug wings and droppings in cabinets, cabinet doors in kitchen the veneer is buccling and pealing off. Overall apt. Is run down severely outdated and definitely not worth the price I have to pay. I am a health care traveler, I work on 3 month contracts as well as rent. I will be moving at end of lease do not feel that I am living in a healthy environment.
With the implementation of the new office manager, a few things are starting to improve. Yet, there are still some things that need to be addressed. (Such as a gate that has not worked in 4 months).
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
