Overall, Altamira is a fantastic place to live. I've lived here for many years and love that it is quiet, clean, secure, and always well maintained. (However, I have noticed that it seems to take longer for maintenance requests to be processed than it did several years ago. Still pretty time though.) I'm very happy living there and have recommended it to others!
This is my second stint with Altamira, and both times the management and service team have been exceptional. Though the units are a bit older, they have aged extremely well and are kept up. The location is great and the price is reasonable for the amenities the property provides.
This is a great apartment complex. Management is in the office, on site, daily and Saturday. The maintenance crew is great at their jobs; you can rely on service with integrity that will be timelycompleted. There are views everywhere you look. The floor plans are smart; living room against living room & bedroom against bedroom. For a place built around 1978, it is well kept and fairly up-to-date with a hint of retro (Three's Company / One Day at a Time) flair.
The staff is friendly, maintenance has taken care of every problem I've noticed in a timely manner, the location is great and the neighbors are quiet and kind.
The office staff are very friendly and attentive! It's a very quite complex and it feels like such a safe community.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
