I have really enjoyed living at Ravenwood. The community is well maintained and the staff is wonderful. Every place I have ever renters has the occasional problem, but the staff has been outstanding in their prompt attention to a few minor issues along the way.
Fantastic community that's close to everything. It's hard to find a rental community that has such a nice interior with an attached garage. I love the dog park but can't use it much as people do not pick up after their dogs and it's a mine field of poo. My dog also go a tick out there so I worry about the pest control issue with using it. There are also quite a few stray cats. I counted 8 plus a litter of kittens one night while on a walk. They bring fleas.
Overall the town homes are great and the community is up to standard. The only complain I have is the trash around the property. It seems to have a lot of garbage laying around.
The office staff & the maintenance staff are efficient and always ready to help you at any time. All of the grounds are very well maintained and everything is always clean and neat. My main complaint is not only the price you charge for your monthly rent but also all the extras added on to your rent, with other charges ,fees, and taxes. Example being charged for garbage pick-up when you are not there for months at a time,
