Maintenance does a good job repairing various repair requests.
Maintenance is excellent & quick responding. The leasing office staff is a pleasure to work with. We have an ongoing dispute with a neighbor upstairs that now seems to be handled but it took too long in my opinion to address the situation. Also the parking is really bad and I had made a few suggestions to no avail.
2BRM apartments are spacious. Front Office staff are responsive and friendly. Maintenance response is very good in emergency (which are frequent), but poor to attend standard preventative maintenance. Broken sprinklers/lines are frequently neglected, with standing water common (high risk for mosquitoes). Inside plumbing leaks are patched over, black mold is an issue in some spaces. Can take a long time to get AC fixed.
The leaf blowers are annoying and seem to last for hours every day. The hot tub in the front pool never works. The gym is unusable because it is only open during the day when everyone is working. Parking in the front lot is terrible - need more guest spaces. Other than that, I'm satisfied.
one suggestion for improvement: more recycle bins. The few provided are not adequate, they are often over-flowing before pick-up. That detracts from appearances but more importantly offering recycling is really important for an apt. community with so many residents, it can really make a difference
