Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is well kept and maintenance crew is wonderful.
Older property, so you have to deal with some of the problems that occur with that, but it is a great value per square foot, and the maintenance and office staff are good at fixing problems quickly.
Maintenance does a good job repairing various repair requests.
Maintenance is excellent & quick responding. The leasing office staff is a pleasure to work with. We have an ongoing dispute with a neighbor upstairs that now seems to be handled but it took too long in my opinion to address the situation. Also the parking is really bad and I had made a few suggestions to no avail.
2BRM apartments are spacious. Front Office staff are responsive and friendly. Maintenance response is very good in emergency (which are frequent), but poor to attend standard preventative maintenance. Broken sprinklers/lines are frequently neglected, with standing water common (high risk for mosquitoes). Inside plumbing leaks are patched over, black mold is an issue in some spaces. Can take a long time to get AC fixed.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
