I have only been living here for about 6 months but every dealing with the rental staff and maintenance personnel has been positive. Maintenance responsiveness to even low priority requests is immediate or same day. All of the appliances are in perfect working order. Carpet was cleaned and walls were painted prior to move in. If I could change one thing it would be the size of the balcony/porch.
Staff is kind. Apartments are cute and comfortable, although a bit old and out-dated. You cannot beat the price! Safe community.
Moved in in May of 2015 and noticed multiple (more than 6) outlets didn't work properly and there was a hole in our balcony. Contacted maintenance about it, and they replaced 4 outlets and nothing on the balcony. Contacted them again on July 2nd about our dishwasher not working, and was told they would be there the same day. They didn't show up, and instead stopped by unannounced on July 6th. Currently July 11th, and still have a hole in our balcony!
I feel as though they last resorted my apartment, we had a hold for something close to the pool and laundry mat, and they ended up putting us on the way back side. And maintenance is somewhat slow.
The front office is amazing! The maintenance crew is not as good. Using my own personal bath towel to dry water from fixing the toilet is not acceptable. Leaving a mess in my bathroom after fixing my toilet is not acceptable. The maintenance crew is messy and unprofessional, very disappointing.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
