office staff friendly and quick to address problems, problems are very rare here
I've been here for 2 years and have no major issues. Any concern I've had was brought to the attention of the office staff and was handled in a professional and timely manner. I've always felt safe here and the monthly planned events are a great way to interact with the staff and other residents of the community. The grounds are maintained well and the amenities (fitness center, business center, etc.) are very convenient.
Lived here three years and it has been very nice. Quality construction, great staff, friendly (for the most part clean) neighbors. A few event held a throughout the year allow you to get to know the other residents. Lived in phx area ten years and probably my favorite place. Great location too!
I'll start with the office staff. Each staff member I dealt with was extremely welcoming, friendly, & easy to talk to. They listened to what was important to our families rental needs
& successfully delivered. The grounds are clean & quiet. Nice pool & exercise facility. The best part is they are available to the renters 24/7 which is huge!!! We are happy here

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
