I have lived here a year and just renewed my contract for another year. My family and I have had a great experience while living here. The amenities are great! We love the beautiful pool and the theater room. It is very kid friendly and the staff has been very helpful to us. The maintenance staff is prompt at responding to requests. It's been a positive experience!

The office staff are all amazing! Over the past 14 yrs, I've lived at 6 apt complexes - 1 in Mesa, 1 Fountain Hills & others in the Scottsdale. I can honestly say when you go to the office, or call, it is guaranteed to be a pleasant & friendly experience. I am 20 miles from work. However, living in a place where you know they care, have your back FOR ANY reason & FOLLOW THRU is worth it. GREAT PLACE! KUDOS!

We are bringing more fun events like Food Truck Friday to the community which makes living at Deer Valley even better.
From the moment I first inquired about the Trillium Deer Valley apartments, I was greeted warmly by the office staff. They were very kind and fun to talk to. The grounds themselves are kept up very nicely and I have never had an issue with security. My only concern is the quality of the apartments. I have experienced a leaky roof almost every time it rains and the slightest touch of the wall is guaranteed to leave a scuff mark.

We are currently working with a roofing company to address the roof leaks that were identified during these last big rains we had. If you need any touch up paint for your walls or would like to add a bit of color to your life with our new "life with color" program just talk with the office.
It's a very quiet place to live. Great events going on around the property to create community
We love 5-star reviews! Thank you for taking the time to respond to the survey and for sharing your feedback. It is wonderful to read that you are enjoying the community events like Wine Down Wednesday's and Food Truck Friday's. With the weather cooling down these events even get better as we can open up the walls in the Great Rooms and have the out door fireplaces going.
There are a lot of people that bring their kids to the pool and do not watch them. I know on some weekends the office staff has come out to the pool to check for glass bottles, to remind everyone about bringing guests and also pets at the pool but no one ever comes out to remind parents to watch their kids. I also would like it if there were a grass area in the dog park area. The north property has a really nice one, if we can't adjust the one at deer valley we should be able to use theirs.
We appreciate your 4 star review and for you taking the time to share your comments with us. When we put in the dog park we did review the ground cover that we would use for the area. We did choose to use the small rocks instead of grass as the grass is very hard to maintain with dog. The area is also a water retention area making it hard to keep the grass healthy and green.
