Maintenance work seems to be patched together. Some of the exterior maintenance work is lacking.
Average price, average service
Overall nice community. Convenient location. Frequent issues with utilities. Maintenance staff it's great but you need them often.
We can hear a lot of noises from the apartment above us. The maintenance people have been to this apartment several times for different issues and they leave messes behind. We had an issue with the paint in the cabinets smelling bad and reported it and they came right away but painted with the same paint so did not take care of that problem and left a mess of leaves they picked up on their shoes and a couple of paint drips on the floor. They installed a new washer and flooded apt.
Townhomes on the Park is a nice, quiet, relatively clean place to live. All rooms are nice, acceptable footprint, but the floor-bed of each room is very poor, and weak, very noisy when you walk thru the rooms' floor. Kitchen appliances and cabinetry are old, poorly maintained. The balcony floor was improperly built, because in RAINY SEASONS the drain flows inward living room, instead outward which is unacceptable, also the backyard and the parking-lot has 8-10 inches deep flooded water.
