I find living here in the Townhomes at Biltmore extremely safe and quiet. The upkeep and care provided to the community's overall appearance is very good, which coincides with the always professional and courteous management and staff. With that in mind,sometimes it does become concerning as a resident when there's no timely feedback for a written maintenance request or communitity concern from the office making it necessary for the resident to ascertain request and response. again.
The building and location is excellent and overall I'm very happy. My only complaint is is about the amount of rent increases every time my lease is up for renewal. They are always unexpectedly high, especially considering I've been a good long-time who always pays on time, and hard to predict. If they go much higher I will have to consider moving out.
