I'm not in am upgraded aparent so the carpet is dirty from years of use and not great cleaning, the appliances are old. But for the price and neighborhood I do like my home. The neighbors are mostly sane people, I rarely run into problems or have noise complaints. Managers are awesome. Overall good place to live.

Mgmt is working to upgrade the look of the property. Property is kept clean. Staff is very friendly. Residents are nice and seemingly respectful. Mgmt refurbished the club house but it is only open during business hours for resident use. Working residents are not able to use it in the evenings for get togetherness or card/board games. It would be nice for Mgmt to sponsor resident "get to know your neighbor" events. Clubhouse is a lovely space that is not able to be used to full potential
