I am frustrated with the people upstairs. They are up at odd hours in the night and the floor makes noises. That's a bummer, the floors are loud.

The apartments are nice but expensive! I now live in a 4 bedroom house and pay $250 less than I did for my 2 bedroom apartment at cortina. The overall experience at these apartments was ok, the property is nice but the management changed after I lived there for 3 years and the new management was horrible, just rude! I was told after I had my daughter that they would need to increase my water bill by $30 because I have an additional person living in the apt (she's an infant!) I then moved out!
I apologize that you had this experience. Here at The Cortina, we strive to make our residents happy and hopefully each will have a great experience. I would have loved to speak to you directly about this issue, and certainly appreciate the feedback. All feedback is good and can only serve to help us do our jobs better and more efficiently.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
