I like the 24 hour security. Very quiet. Residents are nice. The pool and spa are close by.
I can't say a single bad thing about this complex. The apartments are spacious and well-kept, the office staff is friendly and accommodating, the maintenance is always done right the first time and usually within 24 hours of the request being submitted. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is incredible, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. It's a hidden gem and I couldn't be happier than my roommate and I found it!
I am frustrated with the people upstairs. They are up at odd hours in the night and the floor makes noises. That's a bummer, the floors are loud.
Assigned parking for my unit is on the other side of the complex. It's very loud because this side of the complex backs up to a very busy outside mall. Residents should be told about the excessive noise of all night deliveries and ground keepers at 3 and 4 in the morning so they can make an informed decision. There's also mice.
Flooring is so poor that normal foot steps will make loud crack noise to down people. Management is not at all supportive . We lived there a year only because we have signed lease. Not a peaceful leaving can be lived in those apartments.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
