My apartment is lovely; the management has changed in the 3 years I've been here, but they are always caring & considerate people who maintain their professionalism. I feel very safe here & even though there are many families here, it is always calm & peaceful. I have recommended San Norterra often.
The staff is terrific. The only complaint is that the appliances in the apartment are absolutely awful.
