I love the sense of community at the Retreat at the Raven. The community manager and his assistants are friendly and work hard to ensure that the Retreat is not only where we live, but also where we socialize. They put on well-planned events such as Wine Down Wednesday and the monthly brunches which draw residents together and allows people to get to know each other. I love the beautiful pool and use it frequently. The maintenance staff is friendly, works hard and are very professional.
I have been here four months and the staff is excellent. The grounds are well kept and the manager keone is amazing. Cant wait to renew next year .
The Retreat at the Raven has an overwhelmingly polite and genuinely nice staff. They are extremely professional and courteous. The grounds are always and impressibly maintained on a regular basis. The grounds Keepers reflect the same caring and professional attitude that is displayed in the office. My concerns our there concerns when they arise and they handle them in a timely manner. My son and I are very happy here!

Need to improve on the amenities conditions (grills) are old and not all work. Volleyball court needs net.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
