We have lived here for 4 years and just renewed our lease. We've had no major issues and enjoy living here. Also, we are currently going through new property management owners. No complaints thus far.

The management changed and I understand it was a business decision, however with the new management company we do not have the ability to pay online like we have in the past. Now, I either have to order checks, buy a money order or use their online payment system which cost more than a money order. This is unsettling to me; we are in a day and age where most bills are paid online and I do not feel it should cost me to make a payment.

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
