I've been in this complex for 10 years is still quiet here but the contractors make a mess and doesn't clean up behind their self
Since I have moved in work orders are not completed in a timely matter, they have forgotten to fix things or just didn't show up. Such as my toilet, dishwasher, or A/C in the middle of summer. They lose paperwork, they gave me three different move in amounts...I would have walked away due to these inconstancies but I had to be out of my previous place. So they won I guess. We have gone through 3 different management companies since June. Going to the office for anything gives me anxiety.
I wish I could give it 0 stars, honestly. Always something happening here. A/C, Bugs, Leaks & only temporary fixes. It's not worth the little bit of money you'll save.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
