The only major issue is the water being shut off often and sometimes with out warning for hours at a time.
They need to have more security ... due to the nights get loud and people have to work.. I have called security dispatch 3 times in two months. They also need to put more doggie bag holders around the appartments and make sure they are full at all times.

The place is clean quiet and safe. The only trouble we have had has been the incredible amount of doggie poo around the grass area in front of our unit. Now this is due to irresponsible pet owners and not the staff who strive to keep the yards clean and tidy

It has benefits like close to highway and major roads. It can be quiet which is nice expect on Monday landscaping runs the blowers way to much. I like the size of the place and am glad it has a pool bit the pool itself is small and is chlorinated way to much to enjoy. There are a lot worse places to live. Ihaven't had too many disappointing things but not sire if all continue to rent there.
I've lived here a little over 4 years. And it seem like it's getting worse with the people they let move in. Not sure if they have security, never see them if they do. They did at one point but they were only here till 1am on weekdays. They recently put in access gates but the walk through gate has still not been finished. So anybody can just walk in, it's been like that for a couple months now. Water gets turned off way to much for repair.
