Overall this is my first apt ever so i must say im very content here neighbors are friendly so is staff location is great near a school ,target, food places , buses i would lease again
Roaches......apt needs repairs..cabinets drawers etc..
Prices are great
I can tell you that after all the things need to be done is very quite community and neighbors are friendly. Easy access to freeways and bussines.
Here's a marketing idea? Need a roommate?! Don't worry! We have Roaches, so you won't be lonely! P.S. Let's not say Bed Bugs around this place! Enjoy!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
