There were some issues when moving in, some appliances didn't work, some of the towel racks in the bathrooms were not up and the bars were just placed on the floor. The screen for the sliding door was also on the floor of the patio. It took two attempts at going to the office to get someone to fix the appliances. I've now had in the two months I've been here, exactly 16 people parked in my parking spot which has been tremendously frustrating. Especially as I get home late from work and office i
I would like to thank you for this review, I see we have areas we need to improve in. I would like to personally apologize to you for you upsetting move-in! I would love to talk more of this in person to resolve all issues if they have not been already! My door is always open please feel free to drop when at your convenience! I can promise you I take this as a high priority and will take action to make sure the rest of your stay here is the best one possible.
I enjoy living at the Villas. The community is nice an the staff is friendly. I only wish the complex had more lighting because some areas are very dark when I walk my dog at night.

Frequent turn over's with manager's. Poor maintenance (my fridge wasn't fixed right & is now loud, as far as noise. Garbage disposal not working properly after maintenance came). Grounds not well kept (some neighbors throwing cigarettes). Entry gates are extremely loud, actually interrupts sleeping. The list goes on.
I am the property manager at villas I have been with RK properties for 4 years and was given this property to make sure there would not be another "turn over" any time soon! I am confident I can help change your mind about Villas! The Gates were fixed on Monday and if you put in a new service request for your noisy fridge the guys would be happy to take care of that right away! My door is always open! Please stop on in if you have any other issues!
