The staff members are all very nice and hospitable. There is always someone to greet you when you walk into the office. The maintenance guys are awesome and amazing at what they do. I usually get my maintenance requests fixed the very next day, even if it's something as simple as changing a light bulb. The complex is always clean and beautiful. They are always updating the look of the place. They have the most gorgeous pool and grill area/cabana. I feel very safe here.
They have been there for day and night's I feel like family here.
San Ventura has been a wonderful home for me. The office and maintenance staff is incredibly helpful and kind, the grounds are clean and the apartments are spacious and luxurious. The location and amenities couldnt be better. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new home.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
