The apartments are nice and the staff is courteous but when you have a problem they are very slow on responding. I have been dealing with a noise issue at night and it has been going on for months now. I have even had to rescheduled a surgery I need twice now because the doctors won't let me recover while sleeping on my living room floor, which is what I have had to do since the noise in my bedroom is too loud and goes on all night so you can't sleep.
They have been there for day and night's I feel like family here.
The office and maintenance staff are amazing. They are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great for being so close to the chandler mall, so lots of options for restaurants and shopping, plus being close to the 101 makes travel to other phoenix metro areas pretty quick. My only complaint is the parking. The first come first serve for uncovered parking spots causes me to have to park my car pretty far, a designated area for guests to park would free up some of the congested areas.
I would say the management is a disaster. After being there for 6 years if I had been asked to taken to court just because my balance in 1 $ ...redicioulus
San Ventura has been a wonderful home for me. The office and maintenance staff is incredibly helpful and kind, the grounds are clean and the apartments are spacious and luxurious. The location and amenities couldnt be better. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new home.
