I love the location next to the lake. The facility is well maintained. Management is friendly and helpful. The complex is very quiet and the crime rate in this part of town is very low.
The management team at reflections have treated me with respect and consideration from the moment I stepped in the office my first time. The maintenance crew is very responsive and courteous. When my washer went out I got a new one in 24 hours. Reflections is awesome.
There are lots of options to choose from. We explored a number of them before deciding on the one that was best for us. We are very happy we chose Reflections at Gila Springs. The management and maintenance staffs have been great. The property is maintained very well. My wife and I, and our dog, all enjoy the amenities - especially walks around our beautiful lake!
Washer/dryers in the model are newer models, but those in actual apartments are old and don't work well. And single-paned windows let in a lot of heat, even when blinds are closed. But when blinds are closed to reduce heat, it's too dark.
For the rent I'm paying, I can find these features in other luxury apartment communities.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
