Friendly staff, nice landscaping and great apartment space.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, good neighborhood, decently priced. Only complaint is that appliances and light switches constantly need maintenance to look at but they don't communicate when they're fixed or waiting on parts or when they've been in the apartment.
With the new office staff the apartments are cleaner and more friendly.....
Staff is great very friendly but apartments are very out dated and expensive for what they are. Also I had a bad ac unit that was causing my bill to exceed 400+ a month in a 800sqft apartment. To solve that issue I was told by staff to go out and break the unit so it can be replaced.
Its good, not perfect though. After entering, I faced bugs and bed bugs in my apartment unit. I ordered spraying services through the office. After having the service done, management asked me to pay for this service even though the bugs were there prior to my starting day of my leasing. This was not fair and I was very med. Also in the north apartment section, the access to the rear (east) parking spots is very un-convenient. You should have another path to the street from the east part of this

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
