The office staff is very friendly. They know who I am by name which is great since there are so many people that live in the apartment complex. Its great that they take the time to know their residents.

I would give the property a higher rating if some of my fellow residents showed more care with the common areas (cleaning up after pets, picking up their trash and respecting fitness area/ swimming pool rules).
Apartment is not well maintained - only superficial fixings Lots of cockroaches Gate is still not active

Please contact the community manager with any specific maintenance issues and we will address all of your concerns. We have also contacted our pest control company and requested that they re-evaluate the pest control needs of the property. Good news about the front entry gate. We are now handing out the gate amenity cards in the office.
The location is great--close to Birmingham, shopping areas, and lots of restaurants. I believe this aspect is the best part of living here, along with the general quiet, peaceful living environment. Having lived here for a few years, I have seen the changes in ownership, management, leasing staff, and maintenance. I really wished the staff would exhibit a solid understanding of customer service--this is the biggest downfall.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
