I really enjoy living at Chateau Orleans. It is well managed. The apartments are well-maintained inside and outside. I feel safe. Management listens to my concerns. It would be nice to have poolside furniture. Also, the water bills are very high.

As for older complexes, this one is well run, kept clean and tidy, their maintenance is always handled in a timely manner, if they are given notice of the problem. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood that is extremely accessible to shopping, business & schools. It may not have the newest or fanciest amenities, but the rent is appropriate to that. In general, the apartments are on the larger size compared to many.

Management does care when you call in about a problem. I think their should be
maintenance 24/7 with someone besides just one person on-site.
The one man that is on the property is great if you need his help.
