The staff is always friendly, and assist quickly with any concerns or requests. The facilities are always clean and neat.
They have a very sweet and friendly staff who always are ready to help. They also have a great pool, workout center and new grills around the pool. The apartments are very nice and spacious. I love having a double sink in the bathroom for me and my husband. They are located very close to the interstate which makes it quick and easy to get to work.
Excellent design & construction. Large rooms & 9' ceiling height. Lots of closet space. Excellent landscaping & landscape maintenance. Very convenient location. Outstanding leasing office management and staff...very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, & responsive. Outstanding maintenance staff...very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, & responsive. Outstanding value for a rental home. Resident for four years.
Office staff is excellent. Location is excellent. Maintenance staff are excellent. Problems include per owners who do not pick up after their pets, tenants who leave trash in public parking lots or throw it in landscaped areas instead of in trash receptacles. No noise dampening. Easy to hear neighbors above walking around, banging cabinets, doors, etc, although noise levels are usually lower between 1030 PM and 5 AM.
