The staff is very friendly and gets to know the residents (and their pets). I love the dog park, though I wish it were slightly larger; the agility equipment in it is a far better (and safer) quality than the equipment I have seen at the other apartment complexes I visited that have dog parks. The location feels secluded due to its location atop the hill with nothing but trees and forest behind you, yet you're only 10 minutes from lots of fast food and a few grocery stores.
All office staff and maintenance personnel always go the extra mile for the residents here. They are always friendly, prompt, courteous and just downright nice. The grounds are very nice, very well kept and they have great amenities.
This has been a great place to call home. The staff is professional, and caring about the tenants.
Office people are great super friendly. It is extremely quite here and we feel we are tucked away there is so much privacy we love it

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
