My family has had no problems or issues living here. Of course you may hear people coming and going and the occasional "party", but it is no different than any other noise you would hear living in an apt anywhere else. The management and maintenance are always nice, helpful, and more like an extended family. Plus they always have something going on for the kids during holidays.

If you have any problems with noise, please call the non-emergency phone number for Huntsville Police Dept or cal the office number for our courtsey officer. If you have any ideas for us for the kids, we will take any suggestions. We always try to take care of out little residents.
Location is amazing and its quiet considering. Price is a good value for what you get! The property looks nice and well maintained. Every time I have needed something fixed it was done pretty quickly. The manager and her assistant are both outstanding! I actually look forward to going in each month. The parking availability is fair because on the weekends or holidays I have nowhere close to my apartment to park due to visitors. Poor building exterior because of bird poo in stairways.

I actually really like the apartment, it is really quiet and I enjoy the location the only downside is the amount of maintance that needed to be completed upon move in. But overall I love it.

The neighborhood is ok. Sometimes it's noisy. The like the setup of the townhouse. The rooms are a great size. I think the apartments are outdated. I think the fixtures and appliances should be updated. When I first moved in, maintenance was slow about getting things fixed but since new management has come things have been better.

Thank you for the comment about new management as my assistant and I strive hard to make are staff the best we can, and put our residents first prioriety.
