I only meant to stay at Bridgewater until I got my bearings in Huntsville after moving here from Washington, DC. The management is so good, the area is maintained so well, and the amenities are so nice that I am on my second year and will probably renew for a third year. I am so pleased with my experience at Bridgewater.
The office staff and the maintenance crew have been incredible. They are always willing to help and maintenance responds to calls quickly.
Good location, good value, and a nice apartment. The office and maintenance staff have been very responsive to any questions or requests we've had.
Initially, I was estatic to move into this complex due to curb appeal, location, and the complex itself. However, as the months continued, I became displeased with the madate of paying $25 per month of the trash pick up. I am not given the CHOICE of walking to the dumpster to empty my trash, which is literally just one bag per week...really? Seriously? Also, the water is consistently malfunctioning and extremely high for a one bedroom apartment? Fifty dollars and up for malfunctioning water...
Great location. Disappointing communications - seems like important alerts are last minute, for example notification of new trash pick up options came via email the day of the change. Also, the earlier trash pick up times are not conducive to work/dinner schedules so now I pay for something that is no longer convenient. Also, would like a note left in my apartment each time pest control has sprayed my apartment. Could use some upgrades (new carpet, new screens)
