They take care of the residents, and really try to make it like our own little community.
I love the location, the "Welcome Home" signs as I drive in. The pool and exercise room are both great and I haven't even swam in the pool yet. The women who help out in answering any of my questions - all three of them- have been nothing but helpful and willing to do whatever they can. I love the carwash station- what a great idea! I also love the wooden-inside of the garages.
The office staff currently has been MUCH better than the office staff the first few months I was there. I had several issues with garages, and then being treated very poorly by office staff in trying to fix it. However, the newer manager and staff have done a wonderful job to make up for this and correct the issues to the best of their abilities. Maintenance was always quick to respond and very polite and professional! The gym equipment was in poor working order, but the pool was always clean!
The apartments are in a great location and staff has always been great. The apartments themselves are not built well. You hear everything that goes on walking up steps walking around in you apartment etc. The rent is obsessive for the quality of the apartment and because the subpar construction, material a resident is nearly always at risk do disturbing his or her neighbor.
The staff is wonderful. The issues are with the apartments themselves. The track lighting is constantly not working. It doesn't seem like the company that manages the complex wants to put any additional money into replacing things completely so we are not contacting them every week. If you have a patio, the air or heat go directly out of the door because the seal strips don't keep it insulated.
