We have lived here 8 years. My husband and have both lived in other apartments together and seperately. We have never had the level of friendliness or attention to taking care of issue that do come up from time to time. In fact we have recommended the property to one friend and he moved in about a year ago. The one draw back is the landscaping company which is employed by the property. They do a very poor job on the grass, especially by the tennis court and the behind the second building.
Spacious apartments. Previous apartments had numerous pests and Wildwood doesn't.
Good and friendly management, prompt and extremely satisfied with maintenance time response. Safe community and happy with apartment.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
